Silk Road English Centre

The Silk Road English Centre (SREC) was established in Mazar in 2003 with the goal of ensuring that Afghans are proficient enough in English to participate in international-level communications, relationships, education, commerce and holistic development.  In the past year, as many as 700 students have attended the course and come from both the university and private professional sectors of Mazar.
